17 ways 2017 has been good to me

As we begin to round off another year when the reflecting begins and looking back on what we've achieved, it felt like the perfect opportunity to think back on all the things that have made me smile in the last year.

A lot has changed in my little blogging space and I can't help but reflect on how much my passions have changed from wanting to write about everything beauty related, to more general day to day life.

So as a farewell to beauty and makeup reviews, and a farewell to my memories in 2017 I've composed a small list of a few of my favourite memories and favourite beauty products:

1. Moving in with the boyfriend
2. Discovering the Zoeva makeup brushes
3. Watching my brother get married
4. Holiday to Devon with friends
5. Trying Pumpkin Spice for the first time
6. Seeing Elephants for the first time
7. Switching to decaf
8. Finding my perfect foundation in illamasqua
9. Discovering so many amazing new books on my kindle

10. Road Trips with friends
11. Seeing Deaf Havana live, again!
12. The return of Gilmore Girls
13. Meeting one of my blogging friends in person
14. Growing more confident in having blogging photos
15. Jeffree Star and Stila liquid lipsticks changing the game
16. Taking a new step in my career to a brighter future...
17. ...which also meant I could get my nails done at the salon now!

As I'm a little ahead of the game this year with it only being November, I wanted to wish you all a fabulous last month in 2017 and a good luck to everyone taking part in blogmas!

Until next time.

  4. I must be honest - I have never tried anything you mentioned in this post. I have wanted to, but we don't get most of these brands here :( if we did though then I would definitely be poorer because they look really good! Thank you for sharing x

    1. That’s okay thank you for reading! I often have the same problem here, as I can never get my hands on products from over seas!

  7. They're Real by Benefit is ALWAYS my go to for mascara! And I really love Benefit's Porefessional primer too. Those are two of my musts! I need to invest in some good brushes though, so I'll have to check those out!
